§1. General Provisions
This regulation defines the operating rules of the Online Store [Envy.Co], available at [www.thenvyco.pl].
The regulation constitutes an integral part of the agreements concluded between the Online Store and the Customer.
Definitions:
a) Online Store - a commercial platform operating at [www.thenvyco.pl], offering goods and services for distance selling;
b) Customer - a natural or legal person using the services of the Online Store;
c) Goods - a product available in the offer of the Online Store;
d) Service - provision of electronic services by the Online Store for the Customer;
e) Agreement - a sales agreement or a service provision agreement concluded between the Online Store and the Customer.

§3. Offer and Orders
The Online Store's offer includes information about goods and services, their prices, and delivery terms.
The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods and delivery conditions.
Orders are accepted through the online platform available on the Store's website.
§4. Price and Payments
The prices of goods and services displayed in the Store are expressed in Polish złoty and include all taxes and fees.
The Store enables payment via bank transfer.
Upon making the payment, the Customer will receive an order confirmation to the provided email address.
§5. Delivery
The Store delivers goods within Poland.
Delivery costs are specified in the delivery price list available on the Store's website.
The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and the availability of the goods.
§6. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Withdrawal from the contract requires submitting a written declaration to the Store's address, along with a completed "Product Return Protocol".
The Customer bears the cost of returning the product.
Returned products must not show signs of use, should be returned in the original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way.
The Seller will refund the funds for returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving them.
§7. Complaints
Complaints regarding goods or services should be submitted to the email address: [thenvycopl@gmail.com], along with a completed "Product Return Protocol".
The Store undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving the notification.
§8. Final Provisions
The Store reserves the right to change the Regulations.
Any disputes arising from the Agreement will be settled by the competent common court.
The Store guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
